We begin with a 30 minute consultation to explore your wellbeing goals, discuss emotional or physical areas of focus, and explain how Reiki works, creating a safe and nurturing space for healing.
This is followed by a 45 minute Reiki treatment, where gentle energy work helps clear blockages, balance your chakras, and restore natural flow to your energy field.
The session concludes with 15 minutes of aftercare and reflection, offering insight into your experience and personalised recommendations for ongoing energetic support.
